Jerry and I can't get over how much we enjoy the chanting CDs. They are very nourishing, soothing, uplifting, and can be in the background or foreground nonstop. A completely different thing from listening to regular music, which I still enjoy, but only for brief periods. At first the Chinese sounds were strange, but very quickly we came to love them.
I am feeling better. Both of us are. Better balance and vitality, coming from the inside out. It is wonderful. I will continue with the once a week long distance healings. They are very much helping.
